Joie is our veteran traveler having worked in that industry for many years...on cross channel boats, Air France, Pacific Princess and finally as an international tour leader. She credits this background as the reason she is instantly at ease when meeting new people. Her years as a tour leader have provided her with tremendous patience which is especially valuable when working with buyers. After her son Iain, now 26, was born, Joie decided to give up the jet setting life and settled here in Cambria. She became a Realtor with Coldwell Banker followed by several years @ Prudential Gerald Gray Realty along with Deborah Berk and Priscilla Mikesell.
After a few years with Coldwell Banker in Montecito, Joie has returned to her original home base of Cambria, where she is also active with the Pewter Plough Playhouse. Joie says, "I have been very lucky to have had two careers that I love, first travel and now real estate. I love my job and derive great satisfaction in matching buyers to houses and helping to get sellers on their way to their next lifestyle."
