She credits this background as the reason she is instantly at ease when meeting new people. Her years as a tour leader have provided her with tremendous patience which is especially valuable when working with buyers. After her son Iain, now 26, was born, Joie decided to give up the jet setting life and settled here in Cambria. She became a Realtor with Coldwell Banker followed by several years @ Prudential Gerald Gray Realty along with Deborah Berk and Priscilla Mikesell. After a few years with Coldwell Banker in Montecito, Joie has returned to her original home base of Cambria, where she is also active with the Pewter Plough Playhouse. Being involved in volunteer work with youth, and seniors as an outreach counselor has been an integral part of my life.
